1 lb pizza crust
2 boxes frozen spinach (dried)
2 cloves garlic
1 egg
Mozzarella Cheese
Pepperoni

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out the dough. Drizzle a little olive oil over the dough. Add the spinach (which has already been mixed with the garlic). Add the cheese and pepperoni. Fold it over 3 times. Turn the whole pie over. Brush beaten egg over top. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 350.

My sister-in-law, Tish, made this dish while we were in Rhode Island for a visit (last summer 2008). It is one of my favorites!
