Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 to 4 lb pot roast (You can Also use a thick Round Steak but cut it into serving six pieces before cooking.)
1 pkg of Lipton Secret Recipe Onion or Onion/Mushroom mix
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
1 lb bag of Baby carrots
4 - 5 Potatoes to put in with roast or for mashing or you can make rice to serve it on
Water
1 onion sliced (optional)
1 can of mushroom pieces (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray Roasting pan with oil. Put in the meat and sprinkle the Lipton mix over the whole thing using the entire package of mix. Pour on the Mushroom soup. If you are using onions and or mushrooms put them in now. Rinse cans of Mushroom soup and put it in the pot, don't toss the stuff left in the cans. Pour the water on top of the roast so the soup mixes with it and don't worry if it looks lumpy it will smooth out as it cooks. Cook in oven at least half an hour per pound. I normally cook it about 3 hours. About 45 minutes before I'm done cooking the roast I add the carrots and potatoes. Sometimes I'll use the potatoes for mashed potatoes and not put them in with the roast. Other times I'll serve this over Rice. Either way it tastes great.

About 30 minutes but at least 3 hours to cook
