2# hamburger meat
1 large onion, chopped
1 package dry taco seasoning mix
1 package dry ranch dressing mix
1 16 oz. can kidney beans, undrained
1 16 oz. can baby lima beans, undrained
1 16 oz. can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 or 2 16 oz. can(s) stewed tomatoes, undrained
3 cans green chilies, chopped
2 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Doritoes or Tostitoes
Shredded Cheese
Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot or kettle, brown hamburger meat and onions. Add remaining ingredients and allow to simmer for 30 minutes or longer. (OR brown the hamburger meat and onion; then put all the ingredients in the crock pot and let simmer on low for 5-7 hours.) (I love the easy way!) When ready to serve, crush the chips (or just serve then on the side), top with soup; then the cheese and sour cream. Enjoy!
