1 can white meat chicken 6 oz,
1 can cream of chicken soup,
1 10 oz. pkg frozen peas and carrots,
1 can mushrooms - sm can drained,
1/2 cup milk,
1 deep dish prepared pie crust,
1 regular prepared pie crust (top).

Directions:
Directions:
In unbaked deep deep dish pie crust layer peas and carrots, chicken and mushrooms. In mixing bowl mix 1 can soup and 1/2 cup milk. Pour over chicken and vegetables. top with regular pie crust. Dot top of crust with 1/2 stick butter.
Bake on bottom rack for 10 min. at 400. Reduce heat to 350 and raise to middle rack. Continue to bake at 350 for approx. 1 hour or until golden brown.
