1 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk, divided
1 pkg. (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz) Cool-Whip
1 chocolate crumb crust
Milk chocolate kisses and Cool-Whip (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a microwave or double boiler, combine chocolate chips and 1/4 cup milk. Cook until chips are melted; stir until smooth. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and remaining milk until smooth. Gradually beat in the chocolate mixture. Fold in Cool-Whip. Pour into crust. Freeze for 4-6 hours or overnight. May be frozen for up to 3 months. Remove from freezer 5-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with chips and Cool-Whip, if desired.
