1 c. meal
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
2 eggs
1 c. yellow cream-style corn
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c.oil
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
3 or 4 jalapeno peppers
1 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together (except cheese). Pour into greased and floured skillet. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake until brown (about 30 minutes) at 350.
