2 lbs. frozen hash browns
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated cheese
1 8 oz. carton sour cream
1/4 c. melted butter
1 small onion, chopped
2 c. corn flakes
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together in casserole and top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes mixed with 2 tablespoons melted butter. Bake 45 minutes at 350.
