2 tbsp. oil
1 lb. venison, cut into thin strips
1 med. onion, cut into rings
1 clove garlic, minced
2 green peppers, cut into thin strips
1 c. beef bouillon
1 c. tomatoes
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place oil in skillet; saute venison, onion and garlic. Add peppers and bouillon. Cover and cook about 30 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook 5 minutes more. Combine cornstarch, soy sauce and water. Add to skillet and cook 5 additional minutes, stirring constantly. Salt and pepper. Serve over rice.
