1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1/2 C chopped onion
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 garlic clove, pressed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 C frozen vegetable blend
1 12 oz. jar beef gravy
2 C mashed potatoes
1 C grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef or turkey. Saute onion and garlic in oil until tender. Stir in ground beef and seasonings. Add vegetables and gravy to pan and bring to a boil. Spoon into a 9x13" baking dish. Spread mashed potatoes over the top of the meat mixture and top with grated cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes at 375 degrees or until thoroughly heated.
