1 cut up chicken or favorite chicken parts
cornstarch
1 c brown sugar
1/2 vingear
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 lg can chuck pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
1.Shake chicken parts in a bag of corn starch.
2. Fry the chicken in a large pan with olive oil. Take brown chicken out of pan and set aside.
3. Combine in pan brown sugar, vingear, soy sauce and pineapple. Stir until mix
Add chicken back in and coat with sauce.
4. Put lid on pan and cook on med to low heat until chicken is done about 30 minutes.
5. Serve over rice.
