16 oz sour cream
2 10 oz packages of frozen spinach
1 package of frozen artichoke hearts or 1 can
1 block of Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Grate Parmesan cheese
Thaw frozen spinach per package directions
Thaw artichokes per package directions or use canned artichokes
Mix thawed spinach with artichokes, sour cream, and 1/2 the Parmesan cheese grated
Place remaining 1/2 Parmesan cheese over the top
Bake for 30 minutes ate 350
