1 lb. fresh cranberries
1 cup boiling water
1 cup chopped celery
2 pkg. lemon Jell-o
2 tbsp orange rind
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup chopped pecans
1 20 oz. can (1 lb. 4 oz.) crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Grind cranberries and mix in sugar. Let stand 2 hours, then add jello and boiling water. Combine rest of ingredients and put in refrigerator and let stand overnight.
