3 c. rotini pasta
4 small boneless chicken breasts
1 jar (14 oz.) spaghetti sauce
6 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta. Heat a large skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook for 2 min. on each side. Add sauce; cover and simmer for 10 min. or until chicken is cooked. Add Velveeta; still until melted. Top pasta with chicken and sauce.

If you're not a huge fan of Velveeta, add half as much. It still has a cheesy flavor, but it's not as overwhelming.
