1 can artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped 1 c. chicken, cooked and cubed 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese 1/4 c. chopped green onions 1/4-1/2 c. shredded Monterrey jack cheese 1 Pillsbury pizza crust
Mix all ingredients except Monterrey jack cheese and spread on pizza crust. Sprinkle Monterrey jack cheese over pizza and bake at 450º for 8-11 minutes.
