4 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup shredded coconut (optional)
1/2 cup Bisquick
3/4 cup sugar
1 stick margarine
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix for 2 minutes. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Use 10 inch greased pie pan.

Another option is to add the coconut after blending ingredients. It will sit on top of batter and brown while cooking.
