1 lb. lean ground pork
1/2. cup cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. ground cumin
1/4 chopped fresh cilantro
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Blend thoroughly, then cover with plastic wrap and let sit in refrigerator overnight, or at least 6 hours. Shape the sausage mixture into patties and fry in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crispy brown on the outside and cooked through on the inside, about 5 minutes on each side. Remove with a slotted spoon, and serve, use in another recipe, or freeze until needed.
