1 tbsp. olive oil
3/4 cup onion
1 tbsp. jalapeno
2 tsp. garlic
1 packet Goya Sazon Seasoning without annato
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 15 oz. can black beans

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add chopped onion, chopped jalapeno, minced garlic, and packet of Goya Sazon Seasoning; cook 5 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently. Add red wine vinegar, dried oregano, and can of black beans. Cook 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently. Serve on white rice.
