1 cup flour
1 cup walnuts ( Save some for top)
1 stick margarine or butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 large Cool Whip
2 packages instant lemon pudding
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in 13x9 pan. Add flour and nuts. Mix and press into pan. Bake at 350 15 to 20 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, 1/2 Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Mix lemon pudding and 3 cups of milk according to package directions. Spread over cream cheese layer. Then spread the remainder of Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or longer.
