2-1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 C. cocoa
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 C. soft butter
3 T. hot cream
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 C. chopped nuts
or 1/2 C. coconut (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Sift the sugar and cocoa and salt together.
Cream the butter until light and fluffy. Then blend into the sugar mixture alternately with the hot cream.
Add the egg yolk and beat well.
Add vanilla, and if you choose, add nuts or coconut.
Frost a cooled cake.
