3 lbs. Pork back ribs, cut into servings pieces
¼ c. chili sauce
2 tbsp. currant jelly
1 tsp. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chili sauce, jelly and soy sauce in 1 cup microwavable measure. Cover and microwave on high 1 to 2 minutes or until jelly is melted; stir and reserve.

Grill pork bone sides down, 5 to 6 inches from medium coals for 20 to 25 minutes, brushing with jelly mixture several times during the last 10 minutes of grilling, until no longer pink in center.
