8 leftover rolls
Salt
1 small onion, chopped
3 tbsp butter
Parsley
Marjoram
1 C Milk
2 Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Slice rolls into thin slices. Saute onions in the butter, add chopped parsley and marjoram. Put over rolls. Stir eggs and milk and add to the rolls. Mix everything well into firm dough. Form into balls with wet hands, and drop gently into lightly salted boiling water. Let simmer for 20 minutes, uncovered.
