2 sm cans White Shoepeg Corn, drained and rinse
1 sm can Black Beans (negros), drained and rinse
chopped Green Pepper
chopped Tomatoes
chopped Green Onions
fresh Cilantro (optional), minced
8 oz Wishbone Italian Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Add peppers, tomatoes and onions to the corn and beans. The amount of peppers, tomatoes and onions are to your liking. Pour in wishbone Italian dressing and let it set overnight.

Depending on the amount of veggies added, you may only need 1/2 bottle of dressing.
