3 c. peeled and diced potatoes
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced onions
1-1/2 c. water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 t. salt
2 c. milk, divided
1 c. sour cream
2 T. flour
1 t. chopped chives

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, mix together potatoes, celery, onions, water, bouillon cubes and salt. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until potatoes are just tender. Add 1 cup of milk; reheat. In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, flour, chives and remaining milk; mix well. Gradually stir sour cream mixture into potato mixture and continue to simmer over low heat, stirring until thickened.
