1 Cup Margarine
½ Cup Brown Sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla
2 Cups Flour (Sifted)
½ tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients adding the flour and salt last.

Roll into 1 inch balls. Dip in slightly beaten egg white. Roll in finley chopped nuts. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 5 minutes. Remove from oven, make hole in center of cookie with thumb. Bake additional 8 minutes. Cool. Fill hole with fruit jelly or powder sugar icing.
