1 can drained tuna
2 hard boiled eggs chopped up
3/4 c. grated cheese
1 heaping tbsp. sweet or dill pickle or relish
mayo
English muffins or hamburger buns

Directions:
Directions:
Add enough mayo to help blend everything together. spread on top of the muffins or buns leaving open face. Broil until brown. This amount fills the top of 6 muffins.

Hit it with some Tabasco© at the table.
