1 Egg
2C Flour
tsp Salt and Baking Powder
1 tsp Vanilla
4 C Rhubarb
1 3oz pkg Strawberry or Cherry Jello powder
1 C Brown Suger
C Butter
1 C Flour
2 T Milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream together cup butter cup sugar. Add one egg. Add 2 cups flour1/2 tsp salt and tsp baking powder. Alternately add with 2 Tablespoons Milk and 1 Tsp Vanilla.
2. Press into greased 10 x 14 cake pan (or 9 X 13). Spread 4 cups cut up Rhubarb over. Sprinkle 1 (3oz) package of dry strawberry or cherry jello on top.
3. Top with a mixture of 1 Cup brown Sugar, Cup White Sugar cup butter and 1 cup flour.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 Minutes
