2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2c sour cream
2T chopped onion
2c diced chicken or 2 chicken breasts
1/2-1 can (7 oz) green chili's - (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Put 2T of mixture in tortilla shell & roll. Arrange in 9x12 pan. Pour enchilada sauce over the top of enchilada's then sprinkle with cheese. Bake @ 350 for 25 min.

If you want more chicken in the enchilada's, add 4 chicken breasts instead of 2. Then it will up the serving to 6-8.
