1 lb. scallops
2 cups fine cracker crumbs
Tony's Creole Seasoning
1 egg yolk

Directions:
Directions:
Wash & drain scallops (wipe excess water w/paper towel)
Add Tony's seasoning to egg yolk & beat.
Mix in scallops. Dip scallops from the egg mixture into cracker crumbs. Butter baking dish, shake off excess crumbs from scallops. Lay flat in baking dish, dot with butter, sprinkle w/more Tony's seasoning.
Bake 10 minutes at 400 (scallops should be a light brown)
