1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
10 eggs lightly beaten
1/4 lb butter, melted and slightly cooled
2 cups small curd cottage cheese
1 lb Monterrey Jack cheese, grated
3 (4 oz) cans diced green chilies
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Butter a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix flour and baking powder. Add eggs and butte, blending well. Blend in remaining ingredients. Pour into prepared baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes or until set. Cut into squares and serve very hot.

This recipe can be adjusted. I have used 1/2 the amount of butter, fewer and more chilies, and different kinds of cheese. Onions, tomatoes, mushrooms or asparagus can be added or substituted.
