2 tbsp minced onions
1 cup sliced mushrooms
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
tsp thyme
cup fresh bread crumbs
1 6 oz can crabmeat, flaked
2 tbsp minced chives (optional)
1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
1 cup cream
cup buttered bread crumbs.

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with flour and seasonings: blend. Add bread crumbs, crabmeat, and chives. Combine egg yolk and cream: Stir into crab mixtures. Turn into casserole and top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes.
