Add 2 cups flour

Directions:

Cream together:
lb Butter
cup sugar
4 egg yolks
Add 2 cups flour
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes in a an ungreased, oblong or round pan.

Spread on 3 cups cooled stewed apricots which have been cooked with
cups sugar.

Top with merinque.
Beat
4 egg whites
cup sugar
tsp vanilla
Bake 20 more minutes at 350
