1 cup flour
2 tablespoons soy flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup corn meal

1 egg
cup milk
2 tablespoons oil
1 cup mix

Mix together mix ingredients. Recipe will make 24 corn sticks. Increase amount by multiples making the amount of mix you want to prepare at a time.

Stir together egg, milk, oil and mix. Beat throughly.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees with cast iron corn bread stick pans.

Spray pans with oil spray and add mix. Bake 15 minutes.
