16 Graham crackers
Ĺ cup sugar
Ĺ stick of oleo

1 large Philadelphia cream cheese
1 egg
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Make crust of graham cracker crumbs, sugar and oleo.

Blend cream cheese, egg, sugar, and vanilla together and pour into crust.

Bake 20 minutes at 350. Cool 5 minutes.
∙ Top with: Ĺ pint sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla.
∙ Bake 5 minutes at 425.
