1 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons baking powder
cup sugar
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cups all-bran cereal
1 cup milk
cup oil
1 cups all-bran mix

Sift together all-purpose flour, salt,baking powder, and sugar. Mix in whole wheat flour.

In another bowl, combine cereal and milk. Let stand 1-2 minutes. Add egg and oil and beat well.
Add dry mix stirring only until combined.

Spray muffin tins with PAM. Spoon batter into tins.

Bake at 400 for 18-20 minutes.
