1 chicken cooked, boned, chopped or cubed (never shredded)
1 8oz can mandarin oranges drained
1 8oz cn water chestnuts (chopped) drained
3/4 cup celery chopped quite fine and steamed in butter in covered pan.
2/3 cup mayonnaise
crazy salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together carefully. Spread 1/3 to 1/2 cup of mixture down center of each crepe and fold over each side of crepe. Folded side down in buttered baking dish. Pour or drizzle mixture of 1 cup sour cream, 3-4 T good sherry and 2 T mayonnaise over middle of crepe and heat throughly in 350 oven.
Serve with sour cream and applesauce.
