1 # ground chuck or beef;
1/2 pint sour cream;
3 oz cream cheese;
1/2 bag of noodles, boiled;
15 oz can tomato sauce;
1/4 c green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and add chopped garlic if desired. Ten add tomato sauce. Mix together sour cream, cream cheese and onions. Layer in casserole--noodles, meat and sour cream mix. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 F. 30-40 minutes.
