1-1/4# hamburg
1 pkg. Taco mix + 1/2 c. water
1/3 c. sliced olives
1 can crescent rolls
2 c. crushed corn chips
1 c. sour cream
6 slices American cheese (or shred 1 c. cheddar)
Taco sauce

Brown beef, drain, stir in taco mix, water, olives, simmer five minutes. Separate dough and place in lightly greased 8 or 9" pan. Work in to form crust. Sprinkle 1 c. corn chips over bottom of crust. Spread meat over chips. Spread sour cream over meat and cover with cheese. Sprinkle remaining chips over cheese. Bake 375 for 25 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Serve with taco sauce.
