2 loaves frozen bread dough
Ham, salami, yellow and white cheese

Thaw dough. Knead and flip dough for several minutes on buttered cookie sheet. Spread dough to reach all sides. Spread thin slices of meat and cheese on dough. Roll tight. Place seam side down on the cookie sheet. Spread with egg white, sprinkle on poppy seed, basil or celery seed if desired.

Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Cover with foil the last 10 minutes of baking time.
