1# hamburg 1/4 c. bread crumbs 1/4 t. salt and pepper 2 T. milk
Make into meatballs and brown in 2T. shortening along with 1 can drained mushrooms. Add 1 pkg. onion soup mix and 2-1/2 c. water. Bring to boil and stir in 1/2 c. rice. Cover and cook on stove 30 minutes.
