1 T. oil 1# chicken, cut bit size 1 - 3 oz. pkg. oriental noodles with chicken flavor 1 small zucchini or yellow squash 2 stalks celery 2 cloves garlic 1/4 c. bottled sweet and sour sauce 2 T. coarsely chopped peanuts 1 - 11 oz. can mandarin oranges
Fry chicken. Break up noodles (set flavor pkt. aside). Add noodles, 1 c. water, zucchini, celery and garlic. Bring to boiling, reduce heat. Cover simmer 3-5 minutes til noodles and veggies are tender. Stir in chicken and the pkt. of chicken flavoring and sweet and sour sauce and peanuts. Top with oranges.
