2 c. macaroni 2 T. butter 2 T. flour 3/4 t. salt dash pepper 2 c. milk 1-1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese
Melt butter, blend flour, salt and pepper. Add milk at once. Cook until bubbly and a little thick. Melt cheeses. Stir in with cooked macaroni into a casserole dish. Sprinkle top with a little shredded cheese. Bake 350 for 30 minutes (covered for 15 minutes, uncovered for last 15 minutes).
