2-1/2 c. chunks of chicken or turkey
Diced onion
Shredded Monterey Jack and/or cheddar cheese
Mix the above three ingredients together

Put a couple teaspoons of the chicken mixture in a flour tortilla; then a dollop of sour cream. Roll up and place in baking dish and cover with the following:

Heat the following ingredients in saucepan.
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 small can diced green chiles
1 can chicken broth

Directions:

Put on top of the enchilada and cover with cheese and bake for 30-35 minutes at 350.
