2# beef tenderloin or sirloin
1/4 c. margarine
1-6 oz. can mushrooms
2-10 oz. condensed beef broth (bouillon)
1/3 c. instant minced onion
1/4 c. catsup
1-1/2 t. garlic salt
1/3 c. flour
2 c. sour cream
8-10 oz. noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef in margarine. Add mushrooms. Reserve 2/3 c. broth (set aside) but add the remainder, along with the onion, catsup, and garlic salt. Combine the flour with the reserved broth and add. Stir in the sour cream and serve over noodles.
