1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 tsp minced onion
2 lbs of filet of beef cut into small bite size pieces
3/4 tsp garlic salt
2 1/2 cups chopped mushrooms
1 tsp nutmeg
3/4 cup brown beef gravy
2 cups sour cream
1 package egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter, then add beef, then add mushrooms and nutmeg. When beef looks brown on all sides add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer on low for 20 minutes. Serve over cooked noodles.
