1 cup carrots, shredded
1 tsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp.olive oil
1 tsp. mustard seeds
salt to taste

Garnish:
coriander leaves

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, mix the carrot, lime and salt. Add lime according to taste. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and add the mustard seeds. The seeds will sizzle in the oil, and should be cooked until they are fragrant. Add the mustard seeds to the salad mix and garnish with coriander leaves.
