1 cup karo syrup
1tsp of vanilla
1 cup pecans chopped
1 pie crust in glass pie pan

preheat 350
place just pie crust( in pan )in oven for 7 minutes this makes the crust crispy
beat eggs and add other ingredient
pour into pie shell
cook 45 minutes

i like to place a cookie sheet lined with foil under the pie because sometimes while cooking it may bubble over and the syrup is hard to clean off the oven.
