1 pound ground beef
1 can tomato sauce (15 ounce)
1 cup of rice
4 green bell peppers
2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in a sauce pan. While meat is cooking, wash and remove the tops and insides of 4 bell peppers. Once meat is cooked, add tomato sauce and rice and stir to combine. Fill each bell pepper with meat mixture and top with plenty of cheese. Put bell peppers in a casserole dish and cover. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove lid or foil for a few minutes at the end to make sure cheese is melted well.
