Ingredients:  
1 pound ground beef
1/3 cup onion (grated)
1/3 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 cup catsup
Salt and pepper to taste
10 saltine crackers (can add more if mixture seems too wet)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together by hand and transfer to a pan. Shape meat into a loaf. Top with a few strips of raw bacon then squirt catsup all over the top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
