2 1/3 cup flour
2 1/2 cup baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 cup shortening
2 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 12 oz pkg. chocolate chips
1 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together than set aside. Melt shortening and brown sugar together in sauce pan. Add one egg at a time into saucepan while mixing. Add dry ingredients to mixture. Slowly add vanilla, chocolate chips and nuts. Cook for 25 minutes at 350 .
