1 lb tomatillos, husked, rinsed, and roughly chopped
1 avocado, peeled, chopped
c fresh cilantro leaves
1 serrano chili, chopped (or can use jalapeno)
2 T fresh lime juice
1 tsp. salt

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender, and puree. Great with tortilla chips.
